Note 1: members fee is dependent on current membership being up to date
Note 2: members are encouraged to register before mid May (abstract acceptance ) the meeting is limited to 150 places and registration may not be available at later dates
Note travellers from outwith UK and Ireland will need an electronic travel authorisation (ETA), now including most European countries when travelling after 2nd April 2025
REGISTRATION FEE
- Please note that the registration fee for the conference is per person.
- If several people from the same organization wish to attend the conference, all participants must be registered for the conference.
- The registration fee is paid per person unless otherwise agreed with the organizer.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing
- A full refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations on or before the 28th of July, 2025.
- A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided for for cancellations on or before the 12th of August, 2025.
- All fees are non-refundable after the 12th of August, 2025
